THE ROLE

We are looking for a highly-skilled and driven Full-Stack Engineer who is comfortable with both front and back end programming. You will work hand in hand with our Head of Engineering, Front-End Developer and Product Manager to facilitate the complete development process of our employee engagement and training platform, from conception to deployment, while maintaining and upgrading the code following deployment.

You will participate in all aspects of agile software development, including design, implementation and deployment, and work with agile development practices, while pursuing continued learning opportunities.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Back-End Experience with .NET 6, asynchronous development using Clean Architecture, Domain-driven design
• Front-End Experience with React 16.4+, SASS, Mobx, Hooks, Ionic and Web-components
• Experience with testing frameworks like Cypress/TestCafe (ideally experience implementing acceptance tests using Cypress and unit tests using Jest)
• Experience developing web and mobile applications using React and React Native or Ionic React
• Appreciation for clean code
• Advanced fluency in English, with good writing and speaking skills
• Proactive, always on the lookout for developing ideas for new features by monitoring industry trends and staying well-informed about the current developments in the world of web development
• Willingness to listen to user feedback and go the extra mile so that the users will have the most engaging experience on the platform
• Resilient, with an understanding that building a startup requires flexibility, ability to perform well under pressure and a profound sense of ownership
• Highly autonomous attitude, you don’t expect or like micro-management
