WHAT YOU’LL DO:
We are looking for a highly driven, smart and well-organized Junior Product Owner who can help us shape our Product to maximize impact by addressing our clients’ needs better while keeping an eye on our long term positioning. We work in an Agile environment, leveraging Kanban methodologies to ensure iterative progress and continuous delivery.
In this role you can expect to do the following:
- Translate Vision into Requirements: Gather and document business requirements, analyze clients’ needs and competitors positioning ensuring that your product recommendations align with business goals and user needs.
- Facilitate Communication: Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and mutual understanding.
- Support Project Delivery: Assist in tracking project progress, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of project milestones by facilitating all Scrum ceremonies.
- Analyze and Report: Use key performance indicators (KPIs) and analytics to evaluate product performance and user engagement. Continuously gather and analyze user feedback to inform business decisions and identify new opportunities for value creation.
- Promote Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance team efficiency and project quality. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our solutions remain competitive and innovative.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- 2-3 years of experience in a Business Analyst or similar role
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
- Demonstrated expertise in stakeholder management, including balancing and negotiating competing interests to align with the product vision
- Hands-on experience conducting user research and competitor analysis, gathering and analyzing user feedback to inform product decisions and improve user experience
- Native fluency in English, with excellent writing and speaking skills

LOCATION
We intend to grow a fully distributed, remote team, so we are open to anyone based GMT +/- 3 hours. We have offices in London & Bucharest and we prefer a hybrid work environment where you’d be in the office 2-3 days / week.
