Our story

My vision for Moonstar was to create a platform that connects what happens on the shop floor to the results a business needs — turning daily frontline performance into measurable growth.

It started with a problem of my own. As CEO I led retail and hospitality businesses with nearly 1,500 employees. I cared deeply about how we motivated, trained and incentivized our teams, and nothing on the market fitted: enterprise platforms were built for chains ten times our size, and everything else solved one piece of the puzzle. So we built our own, testing every feature in-house — onboarding, manager coaching, communication, store routines — until it worked on real shifts with real teams.

Moonstar is the distilled version of that. Today the mobile app brings together store checklists and audits, live KPI dashboards, AI coaching, communication, micro-learning, recognition and sales competitions — one platform, built for mid-sized multi-site operators rather than adapted down from enterprise software.
