Moonstar pricing starts at €2.20 per user per month, with a minimum platform fee of €1,300 per month. What you pay depends on how many people and locations you’re rolling out to, and which parts of the platform you use. Full pricing is on our plans page.
Moonstar is built for operators running ten or more locations, where the same standards need to hold across every site, though smaller operators run Moonstar successfully where consistency between sites is the problem they most need to solve.
Most Moonstar rollouts go live in four to twelve weeks, depending on how many locations you’re launching and how much content you want configured before day one. You’ll have a named implementation lead throughout, and we handle configuration and team onboarding rather than leaving it to your IT department.
Moonstar supports frontline teams in most languages. Interface language is set per user, so a team operating across a country sees the app in their own language while head office reports on the whole estate in one place.
Moonstar doesn’t offer a self-serve free trial. Because the platform is configured around your KPIs, store structure and routines, a tailored walkthrough tends to be more useful than a blank account.
We strongly recommend building together a pilot, typically of 5-10 stores over 8-12 weeks, configured around your priorities, so you can see real completion and performance data from your own teams before rolling out further.
The most useful Moonstar demos include whoever owns store operations and whoever owns the frontline team — often an operations director and an HR or L&D lead. If you’d rather start one-to-one and bring others to a second session, that works too.
