THE ROLE
We are looking for a driven and strategic Customer Engagement Manager who is skilled in both strategy formulation and hands-on implementation. As our main point of contact for consulting services on employee engagement, retention, and performance, you will not only develop coherent strategies, but also guide their practical implementation with our clients.
The ideal candidate will possess a hybrid experience that spans talent development, learning content creation, and internal communication management. This diverse skill set will enable you to deliver excellent consulting services to a wide range of stakeholders, from CEOs and COOs to Heads of HR and Retail Directors.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:
- Lead the full cycle of client engagement: From onboarding following contract sign-up through to expansion and renewal, ensuring seamless transitions and sustained client satisfaction.
- Assess and analyze client needs: Conduct thorough assessments to pinpoint challenges and triggers related to talent, engagement and retention among client companies.
- Develop and implement strategies: Formulate and execute clear, actionable strategies derived from complex issues, aligned with clients’ broader goals in employee engagement and retention.
- Drive initiative development and execution: Design and guide the implementation of engagement, development and retention initiatives. You will oversee project management aspects, handle risks proactively and adjust plans as necessary to enhance effectiveness.
- Monitor outcomes and adapt strategies: Continuously evaluate the impact of deployed initiatives on engagement, performance and retention, refining strategies to enhance outcomes based on data-driven insights.
- Facilitate effective implementation: Work closely with various stakeholders within client companies – from frontline managers to top executives – to ensure strategies and action plans are effectively executed and outcomes are monitored.
- Cultivate strong client relationships: Build and maintain trust-based, enduring relationships with clients, leveraging these relationships to garner and implement feedback and manage ongoing requests efficiently.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Experience: 4-5 years in Organisational Development, ideally with a strong background in strategy formulation and execution.
- Skills & Qualities:
- Proven ability to craft and implement effective strategies and action plans across diverse client environments.
- Passion for advancing workplace engagement, with a drive to impact the future of work positively.
- Native-level English fluency with exceptional writing and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized, capable of managing multiple projects and clients with precision.
- Empathetic with a high emotional intelligence, yet comfortable challenging assumptions directly.
- Resilient and adaptable, thriving in a rapidly changing startup environment and embracing the challenges it presents.
- Self-driven and autonomous, with a knack for proactive problem-solving without the need for micromanagement.
